Report Player Format (READ)

There can be many cases to report players in forum; admin asked you to; admins didn't respond to your in-game report etc. Make sure in the player report you have proofs such as screenshots, if there's any witnesses make sure to read it. If you're caught making false reports you're going to be punished. You must use the format below in order to report a player.
